Private enterprise AI for the mid-market: "One Brain, Many Minds"
Co-founder & CTO
Private enterprise AI platform for the mid-market. The thesis is "One Brain, Many Minds": one private intelligence built from your organization's data (the Brain), and many specialized agents that run inside your workflows (the Minds: Brand, Finance, Legal, HR, Sales). Runs on the model you choose (frontier or on-premise) in the infrastructure you control. Your data stays yours. Sovereign by design. Verain Finance is first to market, live, with paying customers; Verain Brand in parallel development.
What we're building
- The Brain, core platform: fine-tuned open-weights models + RAG + agentic tool-calling. Built from client data, grounded on any chosen model, or trained on the company's own material as a custom model the client owns. Knows the organization's history, tone, and policies from day one.
- The Minds: specialized vertical agents. Brand (for marketing directors), Finance (for CFOs) first. Legal, HR, Sales on the roadmap.
- Verain Finance (live): reads GL from Exact Online and Odoo, produces P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, KPI dashboards, and 13-week cash forecast. Multi-entity consolidation, intercompany elimination. Conversational finance assistant that explains variances and generates inline visuals.
- Verain Brand (in development): brand-aware generation and review, campaign performance, DAM integration.
- Multi-provider LLM: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google for cloud-quality, plus on-prem models (Gemma, DeepSeek, Qwen, Mistral via vLLM or Ollama) for sovereignty.
- Closed-loop learning: every correction a user makes teaches the Brain. The platform gets smarter with use.

Self-hosted production systems for agencies and brands
Bruring Ops
Production infrastructure for agencies and brands, run end-to-end. Digital asset management at scale (343K-asset archives; hundreds of terabytes of production storage under management), file hosting and file-management systems (secure sharing, transfer, sync, archive), collaboration suites, e-signing, and AI-powered search over archives. Plus EMEA operations tooling for an international hardware brand: workspace design, distributor tracking, market-intelligence automation. Self-hosted, maintained, monitored.

Photo-proofing SaaS, launched 2026
Solo builder
Multi-tenant photo-proofing platform for professional photographers. Photographers upload galleries; clients approve, rate, and annotate offline-capable; selections export as Lightroom-ready proof files, streaming ZIP, or through the Skerper Lightroom Classic plugin. Launched April 2026 with Stripe billing across Free / Standard / Pro / Studio tiers.
